The Short Report - December 2022

Volatile markets and uncertainty remain as the Eastside real estate market tries to decide which way it's headed.  Buyers for the most part remain on the fence while Sellers reluctantly reduce prices or simply take their houses off the market if they can't get what they want.  We do know that there is more selection than there has been in the last 3-4 years and while interest rates are higher than we are used to, the market remains stable.  If you have questions give me a call or schedule a 30 minute meeting with me by clicking the link in this post. Schedule Meeting With Nate
