The Short Report - September 2022

The market shift seen over the last several months is significant. After a frenzied 1st quarter of the year which saw unprecedented price appreciation, we are now feeling the hangover of those significant price increases.  Prices are not necessarily going down unless you look specifically at Q1 sales numbers.   Year over year we are holding and in many areas prices are 15% above where they were last year.  Question is....what do you do now if you are a seller....or a buyer?  Call me or scheduled an appointment if you want to talk through things!
