Step 3 Tour & Analyze Homes
As properties come on the market you can immediately schedule times to go see those properties. You can either text, call or schedule directly off our website. Someone from our team will be available 9AM -7PM Monday thru Saturday, every week of the year.View Sample Tour
Step 4 Successfully Negotiate Offer

When we reach mutual acceptance on the purchase and sales contract, we will begin the last step which is the contract to close phase.
