Step 1 Identify Your Goals

Our first step in helping you sell your home requires us to identify your goals in regards to the process.  Please fill out our seller questionnaire below to start the process!

Step 2 Prepare Your Home

Once we understand your goals, we will help identify the best strategy for preparing your home for the market.  Our checklist below will help identify the areas that we will focus and provide project management services.

Step 3 Execute Marketing Plan

Once we have your home properly prepared for the market, we then identify the marketing tools that we want to use in the process that will maximize the net proceeds to you and/or meet your other goals.

Step 4 Get A Qualified Buyer

After the home has been listed on the MLS and we execute on our marketing plan, we will secure a buyer.  That begins our client to contract process.

Step 5 Close the Sale

When we reach mutual acceptance on the purchase and sales contract, we will begin the  last step which is the contract to close phase.  This is where we manage the process of executing the contract.
