How to think about Interest Rates right now! (Interview w/Dirk Nevelle)

If you are a buyer out there who is in the JUMBO loan category, this is an interview I did with a good friend of mine and lender Dirk Nevelle, who shares some of his knowledge, learnings, and insights into how to think about our current interest rate environment. Now is still a great time to buy even though rates are up.  Remember, even the smartest people cannot pick the top or bottom of a market and in real estate it all depends on how long you are going to own your home.  As a primary purchase, you get the tax deductions as well as the ability to customize the home.  It definitely beats renting!  Need an analysis or need to find that perfect home?  Give me a call!
